How do I track my order?
Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number.
Where are your products produced?
All items are produced with love in Perth, Western Australia by our dynamic duo. Upcycled garments may have been manufactured elsewhere but have all be upcycled at our studio in Perth.
Why aren't discount codes, referral codes or loyalty points working?
No discount code can be used in conjunction with another special.
Discount codes, referral codes, and loyalty points will be disabled during major sales events. However, these will be reactivated once the sale is over. All prices shown on the site are as is.

Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once your payment has been processed. Please double, triple and quadruple check your order before completing you purchase!
Can I adjust my order?
So long as your order has not been shipped you can contact us via email and we will do our best to meet your request.
Do you offer gift cards?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer gift cards.
I would like to buy something but you are out of stock, will you be restocking?
We restock our Everyday Encounters but due to our unique fabrications, the item may vary from the sold version. Unique Encounters are limited and are not restocked.
Can I collaborate with Femtomic?

Does Femtomic do commissions or custom artwork?
Not at this time.
